Getting to know Janice Ronco
My name is Janice Ronco. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Salem State University. My expertise is grief and loss, developed through years of working in hospice care. In private practice, I focused on any loss that significantly impacted my clients.
Working with clients at Birches Health allows me to continue supporting those who are feeling the impact of grief and loss. Loss takes many forms beyond death-loss of finances, relationships, work, material belongings, and self-esteem, to name a few. I use different forms of therapy to support clients as they challenge old habits and ways of thinking and begin to heal from losses that result from patterns no longer aligned with their values and goals.
When I am not working, I love movies, reading historical fiction, and volunteering with rescued mini donkeys.
