Psychotherapist
NC
Welcome, I'm really glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially during tough times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling stuck in your relationships, or struggling with a big life change, you're not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone either. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) ready to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. I offer a space where you can talk openly—without judgment—about the hard stuff, the confusing stuff, and everything in between. My approach As an LCSW, I'm ready to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. I provide a space where you can speak candidly—without judgment—about the hard stuff, the confusing stuff, and everything in between. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are so you can reach where you want to be. My focus I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating life transitions, healing from past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, and striving to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out. On the outside, everything looks “fine,” but internally, they carry a heavy emotional load. I work well with individuals who aspire to create meaningful changes but might be uncertain about how to start. Whether you're processing childhood wounds, managing work-life stress, exploring identity, or seeking clarity and direction, my role is to create a space that feels grounded, safe, and free of judgment. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply collaborative. I meet you where you are, honor your lived experiences, and help you reconnect with your inner strengths. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and move toward lasting emotional growth and resilience.
