Hi there, I'm Jenell! Hello! I'm Jenell Woods, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Community Counseling from Regis University. Although I’m trained in many treatment modalities, I am currently focused on utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing along with other treatment approaches. I believe that one size does not fit all and will work alongside you to reach your goals. I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and women's issues. My approach Clients can expect to have a genuine and empathetic person to explore the areas of growth that we identify. This collaboration will strive to help the client live a more fulfilled life. My focus I typically work with young adults to 50-year-olds who are dealing with life transitions or learning to better manage their symptoms. My communication style I believe in having an environment that nurtures a comfortable conversation for you to explore the concerns in your life. My journey to mental healthcare I have done my own therapy, which drew me to this profession. I believe having a genuine person to process my issues with was very beneficial. I became a therapist to provide the same experience for others.
