I specialize in addressing trauma, attachment disruptions, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges within families. In my life before private practice, I worked in the Ventura County foster care system, helping kiddos and their families cope with new challenges and to thrive in their environment. My approach My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, creating a supportive environment where clients can safely explore and process their emotions. My goal is to empower clients to discover their own solutions, fostering personal growth and healing at their pace.
