Hi, my name is Jennifer Rauch, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I would love to help you find your way through life's challenges. I provide counseling services to older youths and adults facing difficulties at school, work, or in their personal lives. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a tool to help my clients reach their goals in a timely manner. My approach My therapeutic approach varies based on each client's needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as both modalities help us build a shared understanding of your reality and allow us to work together to chart a path forward. Since you know yourself best, we will collaborate to develop a treatment plan with both long- and short-term goals, working toward viewing challenging situations more clearly and responding to them more effectively. My work primarily involves older youths and adolescents facing problems at school, work, or in their personal lives.
