Elements of my background in yoga and mindfulness are often incorporated to strengthen immediate and ongoing challenges. My focus My clients include individuals with varied cultural, religious, and personal identities who are managing the ebbs and flows of life, big and small. Collaboratively, we will examine the ways these shifts are impacting you and work toward clarity and comfort. My communication style My communication style is un-opinionated, compassionate, and direct. My journey to mental healthcare Over 15 years of working with children, adults, and families moving through significant life events and traumas, I continue to see the power that relationships have to heal and move us forward.
