I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 30 years of experience serving children, individuals, and families across a variety of therapeutic settings within Sacramento, California. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a strong belief in each person's capacity for growth. Throughout our time together, we will reassess treatment goals based on progress and need.
