Getting to know Jenny Turner
I initially became a social worker to help the elderly population. Through graduate school at California State University, Fresno, where I earned my Master's in Social Work, I discovered a passion for both medical social work and behavioral and mental health. I believe that all people have the right to be treated with human dignity and to receive the best possible service, in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics. I am a firm believer in the strengths perspective and feel that every person can achieve their best interpretation of quality of life. I have experience applying the theories and concepts of both traditional psychodynamic approaches and current evidence-based interventions.
