Jessica Dye, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge. I am committed to providing clients with an open, safe, and kind space to grow and learn about themselves and the world they live in. My goal is to create a positive therapeutic experience where you can identify your goals, better understand your experience, and learn new tools to cope with the world in and around yourself. My approach My therapeutic approach is eclectic, allowing the client and their needs to inform the modalities I use. The most common approaches I draw from include CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Client-Centered Therapy, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Psychodynamic therapy. My focus Since beginning my practice, I have been fortunate to work with a diverse range of clients. I have supported cisgender and heterosexual clients, members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and those exploring their sexual and gender identities. I work with individuals aged 12 to 75. I feel most confident supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, pregnancy-related issues, adjustment to difficult life experiences or transitions, healing from trauma, relationship challenges, and, most importantly, healing the relationship with themselves to build a stronger connection rooted in trust and capability. My communication style When working with me, I hope you find a safe, trusting, non-judgmental, kind, and compassionate space. I understand the uneasiness of sharing the most private parts of your life with, at first, a complete stranger. I encourage each client to build trust and share at their own pace. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling heard, respected, and with some lightness in their hearts. My goals for you Goals are always at the discretion of the client. I regularly check in to ensure we remain on the right track together.
