My name is Jodi Walsh, LCSW. I strive to assist my clients in changing their mindset to achieve things they never thought or expected they could. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2017 and have 10 years of experience in the field of Social Work. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Barry University. My approach I utilize evidence-based treatment to facilitate mindset change and address self-limiting thoughts that prevent you from feeling productive and fulfilled. The types of therapy I offer include Coaching, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My focus I have experience supporting clients as young as 16 years old with concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment, relationship issues, personal growth, and mindfulness. My communication style I like to "meet my clients where they are" on their journey to change and become their "best" selves. My goal is to provide you with a safe therapeutic space to grow, heal, transition, and pivot into your purpose.
