If you are ready to explore your healing path and find your inner wisdom, book an appointment with me. Every person has wisdom that brings you toward clarity, resilience, and well-being. Sometimes we might need help to uncover our better natures and find the way to move forward in life. My approach A contemplative therapist creates a safe and compassionate space, helping clients cultivate a non-judgmental presence with their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. By focusing on direct, present-moment experience, this approach helps people connect with their innate wisdom and resilience, ultimately moving toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. My focus I work with people who are suffering from anxiety and depression, or anyone who feels they are their own worst enemy. I teach you how to create an environment of self-compassion and acceptance. My communication style I focus on creating a safe environment where you can learn how to let go of self-judgment and comparative thinking. My journey to mental healthcare My professional life as a therapist began when I first discovered I could care for my anxiety, and doing so gave me the strength to not be controlled by it. I learned the strength to stay with my current experience, and I did not need to shrink away from my emotions. Anxiety no longer held me back from anything I wanted to do in life. Suddenly, I felt that I was freed from a cage of my own making. I wanted everyone to know that feeling of freedom and that the keys are in your own hands. My goals for you Treatment goals center on using mindfulness to observe and accept thoughts and emotions non-judgmentally, leading to greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Therapy is collaborative and highly individualized, so specific goals are co-created between the therapist and client.
