I’ve been deeply involved in training the next generation of therapists and teaching at various colleges and universities. Sharing my knowledge and experience with students has been a rewarding extension of my passion for this work. My communication style I work to create a safe space for clients. My client-centered approach ensures that every individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to create change at their own pace. My journey to mental healthcare I lost a partner to a tragic accident in my mid-twenties, and therapy saved me. I also worked at an emergency veterinary clinic and facilitated support groups for people who had just lost their pets.
