“She offers resources to help me develop the skills I need to, and when it comes to processing emotions and events in my life she's really helpful. I usually talk in circles and come up with my own conclusions, but she always offers another point of view that's really insightful. Plus, she's fun to talk to! She's carrying out what I need right now perfectly, and if that need ever changes, I'm confident she'd be able to adapt our sessions too.”

Getting to know Kaitlin Kay

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10 years of experience in the field. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I practice focusing on client self-awareness and their understanding of how the past has influenced the present. My goal is to provide a safe environment for us to explore what it is you need to move forward in your journey. While it is not always easy, we will work together towards self-reflection and empowerment, identifying strengths and abilities to build a foundation for a more enriched life. Using a range of theoretical models of counseling, developmental psychology, and mindfulness, it is my goal to help you see changes that will impact how you interact with the world. At this time, I am only providing individual therapy; however, I look forward to opening my services to virtual group therapy and in-office visits. I welcome all individuals from all walks of life who seek to be active participants in their treatment and reach their full potential with a little bit of help.
