“Life's been a journey, and my childhood trauma made it a struggle. I am grateful that I attended college, where good friends helped me find my voice. But my childhood stuff lingered, it made it difficult to express myself. That's where Karen Briceno came in. She's been a game-changer, helping me untangle my thoughts and face things head-on. With her, I've figured out what's been bothering me and how to handle different situations. She has a uniquely creative way of approaching things, and I feel that it's been easier to communicate with others. Karen's helped me express myself better and set boundaries—things I never thought I could do. She just gets me and life's been way better since we started our conversations. Thank you, Karen.”
