It is really hard to give an elevator pitch on why someone should be your therapist. It is an intensely personal decision. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, my training, experience, and background. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Palo Alto University, which has deeply informed my approach. A few things you may like to know: I have a therapist myself, and with my life history and the work I do, I don't know what I would do without them! My areas of focus in my professional life are complex developmental trauma, attachment and attachment wounds, dissociative phenomena, and related disorders. I love helping people and families get through the toughest struggles associated with mental illness. Sometimes it can feel impossible! I am here to help and find resources.
