I work with teenage and young adult females to help them build calm confidence while navigating mental health challenges and life transitions through the use of emotional regulation skills. I provide a safe space for my clients to feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered. I welcome you to reach out when you're ready to begin your mental transformation. My approach I utilize CBT and ACT approaches to help you identify and manage unhelpful thought patterns. I will also educate you on emotional regulation skills, and we will practice them in session to help you manage symptoms of depression and anxiety and navigate major life changes outside of therapy. My focus Are you feeling weighed down by depression, stuck in anxious thought cycles, or overwhelmed by a life transition you didn't see coming? Do you find yourself asking, "Why can't I handle this better?" or "When will I start to feel like myself again?" I specialize in helping women move through the heaviness of depression, the intensity of anxiety, and the uncertainty of major life changes. My vibe and interactions with my clients are relaxed, authentic, and supportive. My journey to mental healthcare My therapy journey began with me being the empathetic and compassionate individual in middle school that friends came to for solutions and a listening ear. I was also raised in a household with foster children for many years and saw many of their struggles due to various traumas, and I wanted to provide therapeutic services for them.
