Kellan Stack (He/Him) is a compassionate therapist who takes an individualized approach to every client. Kellan specializes in treating LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults. He is passionate about helping all people meet their goals and overcome their barriers. My approach In my practice, I take an individualized approach to every client. I am affirming to all identities, neurotypes, and lifestyles and enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, adults with ADHD and/or Autism, and polyamorous/non-monogamous dynamics. I am also kink friendly and sex positive in my approach. My focus I specialize in working with adults who are newly discovering that they may be neurodivergent, as well as those who may be learning to navigate their sexual and gender identities. Together, we can create a plan to help you reach your goals and work toward becoming the version of yourself that you envision. My communication style My sessions are a comfortable and compassionate no-judgment zone where you can truly feel heard and understood. In the space we create, I strive to make you feel supported and empowered as you set and work toward your goals. My journey to mental healthcare As a queer, transgender, neurodivergent (autistic & ADHD) individual myself, I have developed a strong passion for helping others navigate these spaces and learn to better support themselves in the unique challenges faced within these demographics. In addition to drawing from my educational background, I draw from my own experience within these communities to show you that you're not alone, you are understood, and your goals CAN be reached! My goals for you I take an eclectic approach to therapy and draw from a wide range of therapy practices so that we can collaborate on a treatment plan that is uniquely tailored to your needs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all; your plan will be as unique as you are!
