Psychotherapist

Hi there, I'm Kelly! Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a grounded, compassionate space for healing — where your mind, body, and energy are all welcome. My approach I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I support adults navigating life's journey. My sessions integrate traditional talk therapy with somatic tools, nervous system education, and energy-based practices — because true healing is multidimensional. My focus My work is rooted in nervous system safety, body-based awareness, and a deep respect for the unique wisdom each person carries. I provide a spiritually inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, & body-positive space for deep transformation. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself — it’s about coming home to your truth, your power, and your light. My communication style My communication style is warm, direct, and grounded in compassion. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I balance deep listening with thoughtful reflections and gentle challenges to support growth and insight. In session, I prioritize transparency, consent, and collaboration in everything we do. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calming presence, humor, and the sense of trust and emotional safety they feel in our work together. My tone is attuned and responsive—sometimes soft and nurturing, other times clear and empowering—always tailored to what each client needs at the moment. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a provider began with my own experience navigating trauma, anxiety, and burnout. For years, I carried emotional pain in silence, not realizing how deeply it was affecting my body, relationships, and sense of self. It wasn’t until I found supportive, integrative care—including therapy, breathwork, energy healing, and somatic practices—that I began to truly heal.
