I was born in Miami, raised in Atlanta, and now I currently live in California. I consider myself a lover of everything mental health. I say this because I work as a Psychology and Counseling Professor, a student of Clinical Psychology, and counsel in the field. My favorite thing to do in my "spare time" is craft with my daughter - we make time for it!
