Psychotherapist
NC
Hi, I’m Keturah! I'm happy that you're taking the first steps to prioritize yourself. I’m a therapist who brings warmth, reflection, and a down-to-earth presence to the therapy space. I support individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and unresolved trauma. I create a space where you can show up as your full self, without judgment, without masks—so that together, we can begin to untangle what’s getting in the way of the peace and clarity you deserve. My approach My approach is laid-back, supportive, and centered on helping you feel comfortable being yourself. I know that opening up can be hard, so we take things at your pace. I start by really listening—no pressure, no expectations—just trying to understand what you’re carrying and how it’s been showing up in your life. I use a mix of reflection, honest feedback, and practical tools to help you start connecting the dots. I may ask questions that help you think in new ways or gently point out patterns that aren’t working for you anymore. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or telling you what to do—it’s about helping you feel more seen and guiding you as you figure out what makes sense for you. I show up authentically and want you to feel like you can, too. My focus I work best with young adults and adults who are in the middle of figuring things out—whether it’s relationships, identity, transitions, or just feeling stuck. A lot of my clients are going through big life changes like college, motherhood, career shifts, or healing from past experiences they’ve tried to push aside. Some people come in unsure of what they need, just knowing they’re overwhelmed or not quite themselves lately. Others want help sorting through the emotional weight they’ve been carrying for years. If you’re someone who tends to take care of others but struggles to make space for your own needs, we’ll probably work well together.
