I embrace a positive and holistic approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Grief and Loss Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It can be rough to navigate difficult circumstances in your life. I am here to help you develop coping skills, and I will support you with the belief that you have the ability to make positive changes. My communication style I have an honest and open communication style. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to share. I believe that having a safe space to talk allows change to happen. I will listen to you and be present with you every step of the way. My journey to mental healthcare I worked in the hospital for many years as a healthcare worker. I saw many patients who were in the hospital for physical problems, yet their mental health needs were overlooked. I have learned that the healthier we are mentally, the stronger we are in all aspects of our lives. It has been rewarding watching clients thrive as they grow.
