I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The thought of therapy can be scary be proud of the step you have taken to focus on yourself. My focus I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family struggles, trauma, eating disorders, and interpersonal relationships. My communication style I am an easy-going person who enjoys listening to clients. I provide an environment where clients feel heard and not judged. My goals for you You're not on this journey alone. Together, we can overcome several barriers to day-to-day struggles. My first session with you I want to get to know you and explore what your goals and expectations are.
