Psychotherapist

When you work with me, I will teach you how to honor yourself, how to create beautiful boundaries, and how to create the life that you want on your terms with no apologies, guilt, or shame.underline-1 What was your path to becoming a practitioner? I was born and raised in California into a family of "natural pioneers," as I would call them. My fabulous grandmother was perusing the health food stores back in the 70s when most people were still eating Swanson dinners. I like to share that story because it will give you an idea of where all of my holistic, organic passion comes from. Fast forward to my first year of college when my first class was criminal psychology. From day one, I was hooked. Over time, the two melded into one: Good mental health merged with good physical health and, eventually, good spiritual health. It is a beautiful trinity that I am more than passionate about. I love helping people and teaching people, and I consider myself a healer. When you work with me, I will teach you how to honor yourself, how to create beautiful boundaries, and how to create the life that you want on your terms with no apologies, guilt, or shame. I want you to honor your goddess within and help you get your sparkle back!!!!!!!!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
