My focus I primarily work with women, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and challenges related to sense of self and purpose. My communication style I am kind, calm, and caring. I like to think of my approach as insightful guidance toward awareness, acceptance, and growth. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to a career as a psychotherapist to help others heal.
