Therapy is a place of exploration and partnership! Together, we will ask non-judgmental questions in a safe environment as we navigate your past, present, and future. In our work, you will experience acceptance & support as we challenge limiting beliefs and behaviors. I work with adults of all ages in various stages of life. My focus is trauma-informed and evidence-based while incorporating mindfulness strategies. This holistic approach allows individuals to connect to their most authentic self and clarify their own goals in life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with individuals who need support while experiencing life's transitions & stressors or who are engaging in stages of change. My approach is client centered in order to foster personal growth and healing. I bring patience and empathy to every session with the goal of helping each client feel heard.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Holding space for clients to clarify their own thoughts and feelings is a priority for me in every session. I believe collaboration in goal setting allows for reflection modification in the future. Our first session will be very relaxed and informal. My hope is that we spend time getting to know each other as we establish a foundation of trust.
