Krystal George, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I used to view mental health, physical health, and relationships as separate, but they’re deeply connected. Poor boundaries can impact how we eat, cope, and care for ourselves. Our early relationships shape how we show up in connection with others. As a therapist, I understand the desire for quick fixes, but lasting change takes courage and time. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you can explore the beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you and begin building a life that reflects your values, needs, and growth. My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through reflection, feedback, and supportive challenge. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships from your perspective. I listen closely, offer insight, and help you gain clarity around the patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may no longer serve you. I primarily view healing through a relational and attachment-based lens, exploring how early experiences and interpersonal dynamics shape the way you relate to yourself and others. At the same time, I recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from a variety of modalities—including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems approaches—based on your unique needs and goals. I believe change happens at the pace of safety and trust. Together, we’ll identify what feels out of alignment and work toward sustainable change, while creating space for both support and challenge as needed. My focus I work with adults, teens, couples, and families who are navigating relational stress, emotional overwhelm, or challenges in communication. My focus is on helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood—both by others and by themselves.
