“My daughter likes Ladybird and enjoys talking to her. We are still at the beginning of our journey, though, so there may be harder work for my daughter and more accountability efforts for her to follow in the months ahead. Next steps are figuring out how to help support Serena through her anxieties while also creating more accountability on her part. Focus on executive functioning is also needed.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

During the interim of our therapy sessions I will support you and provide encouragement in developing your treatment priorities. Once you are comfortable we will navigate through your expressed priorities and make changes as needed. I aspire to make the experience most comfortable for you, empowering you to navigate through your progress. You are the key to your success and I will be here to support you along the way. Feedback is always welcome as therapy is not a “one size fits all” and must be tailored to your unique circumstances. I will look forward to welcoming you to my therapy practice where you will grow to your fullest potential.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I love working with Ladybird, the only thing I would like more from her is feedback or solutions. I do a lot of the talking because I feel like have to. I do still really enjoy our sessions.
Ladybird has been fully present in our video sessions, given me strategies and is really "there" when we are in session. I get a clear feeling that she is truly invested in my healing and my personal history. I'm very grateful she was available to be my therapist!
