I take a client-centered approach in working with all of my clients, recognizing that each person is unique and requires a specific treatment plan to support healing. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and have extensive experience with trauma, including EMDR training. My overall approach is mindfulness-based, as I believe our thoughts and the emotions connected to them shape our lives. Having struggled with anxiety and depression at various times, I have utilized many different modalities to create positive change in my own life. This personal experience has taught me that our thoughts are key to finding peace throughout life's journey.

Cancelled appointment 8 minutes prior to scheduled a with zero expectation. Had to set up new appointments with another provider. So far my experience with this Zocdoc and Rula is not positive.
