Hi there, I'm Laura! I am a licensed psychotherapist with a Master of Science in Counseling - Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, I am pursuing a doctoral degree at Alliant International University. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I provide services in both languages to support a diverse range of clients. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also hold provider status in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a specialized approach for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapeutic approach effective for trauma and emotional distress. I completed a Substance Abuse Counseling program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and have hands-on experience in substance abuse recovery.
