I am a licensed social worker who helps patients navigate identity, interpersonal relationships, and loneliness. This includes teenage, young adult, and older adult patients navigating changing identity alongside mental health challenges, as well as supporting patients through crises such as suicidality, paranoia, and trauma-related stress. What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to SOL Mental Health began with supporting disabled adults in the workplace. This work fueled my desire to always put patient autonomy first, above all else, in the therapeutic space.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we meet, you can expect a calm, compassionate environment from the start. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic therapies to help you navigate acute stress and overwhelm before moving into more expansive identity work. Art and creativity are central to how I practice, particularly for patients who feel stuck in their mental health journey since it allows for communication when words are inadequate. I look forward to discovering who you are as we work together.
