Lindsay was exactly what I needed--someone who was charismatic, calming and supportive while also challenging me to recognize my patterns and guide me in a better direction. She helped me with general anxiety and guided me through a tough grief period through both CBT and EMDR.
Lindsay is exceptional; she possesses the rare ability to listen compassionately while actively offering strategic and supportive insights. My sessions with her have been instrumental in helping me achieve emotional, professional, and interpersonal goals that I once thought were unattainable. Knowing that I can count on Lindsay for valuable counseling as I navigate life's complexities truly brings me great comfort. These therapy sessions have changed my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to learn from her expertise and guidance.
Lindsay is my favorite therapist I’ve ever had. Even on days I don’t feel like doing therapy I get so much out of the sessions and it’s almost like talking to a very close family member at this point. Lindsay is a great listener & I’d recommend her services to everybody.
I loved my time working with Lindsay. I have seen several therapists and she was the first to really dig in and help me recognize patterns in my life. She was always so caring and made the space feel so safe and comfortable. I feel really grateful for my time working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a therapist :)
Lindsay has helped me cultivate confidence, battle anxiety and work through my depression over the time I've been working with her. She hosts a professional and safe environment to work through past and current trauma. At no point have I ever felt unsafe to express my feelings and thoughts. Talking through my past with her has taught me a lot about myself and has given me clarity on how I perceive the world and my relationships today. She is very perceptive and intuitive and has helped me become less of a victim in my life and more of an active player in it. She is particularly skilled in helping one to develop boundaries with people, be it with work colleagues, family members, or friends, by working on communication skills to foster healthy relationships. I am deeply appreciative of her and would highly recommend her.
Working with Lindsay has truly been life changing and she has helped me implement so many lessons that I use in my daily life to help reduce anger, anxiety, set boundaries, and make more aligned choices. She has assisted me in working through different traumas that I have held onto for a long time in the kindest and loving ways. Her perspective and intuition are always spot on and create an atmosphere where I always feel seen, heard, and understood. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for therapy or needing some clarity/guidance.
Lindsay approaches her work with a safe, open and authentic heart. She is very perceptive, intuitive, engaging and intelligent. I was referred to Lindsay in need of support and guidance while navigating a very difficult, confusing and painful rock bottom in my life. Through working with her I have found myself healing and growing immensely in so many areas of my life such as: finding greater release and freedom from traumatic memories and events, improved boundaries in all aspects of my life, a greater sense of resiliency when faced with daunting challenges and navigating and implementing new patterns and tools into my life as well as feeling and knowing a greater sense of value and worth within myself. She has great tools and recommendations and is really committed to my growth and success. I really appreciate how punctual she is and how communicative she is around logistical elements when they come up. I’ve always felt very seen, thought of and cared for. I highly recommend her!
