I’m so glad you’re here! I provide therapy for individuals navigating life’s most challenging moments. I support individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where healing and self-confidence can grow. My approach I take a curious, warm, collaborative, and humanistic approach. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My focus I work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed with major life changes, caregiving responsibilities, medical diagnoses, or the lasting impact of trauma, and who are seeking compassionate support. I aim to build coping skills, process grief and stress, strengthen self-esteem, and navigate complex mental and health-related challenges. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication and strive to create a collaborative environment where you feel heard and respected. My style is warm and genuine—I can be direct when helpful, use humor to ease difficult moments, and take time to truly understand your perspective and life experiences. My journey to mental healthcare I started my career working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, and I became a therapist out of a deep interest in human connection, resilience, and how people heal through life’s most difficult experiences. My goals for you In our work together, we’ll start by clearly defining your goals based on what matters most to you, your current challenges, and the changes you hope to see in your life. Throughout treatment, we will continue to check in on progress regularly and adjust our approach, so therapy continues to feel aligned with your needs. My first session with you We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any important life experiences, while also covering a few practical details so you know what to expect moving forward.
