“I‚Äôve had many therapists over the years for several challenges in my life. Lindsey is by far the best one. She listens and works with me to find my own ways forward. I‚Äôve come to realizations I‚Äôve never had and processed repressed pain that is leading me through unlocked healing. I cannot recommend her enough. There are plenty of subpar and mediocre therapists out there. Lindsey is a gem and I‚Äôm so glad I found her.”

Hi there, I'm Lindsey! My name is Lindsey Leonard, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, California, providing therapy services statewide via telehealth. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and couples, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, and stress-related symptoms. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy to empower clients in navigating and improving their well-being. My approach My therapeutic approach is personalized to meet each client's unique needs. I integrate CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. These modalities allow me to work collaboratively with clients, fostering a shared understanding of their experiences and empowering us to co-create effective strategies for growth. My focus My therapeutic style resonates with individuals facing challenges such as life transitions, trauma (especially childhood trauma), attachment difficulties, and social pressures. These issues often manifest as anxiety, depression, and stress. I guide clients through these challenges, equipping them with skills to enhance self-esteem and cultivate a more positive perspective on life. My communication style My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I strive to create an environment where clients feel at ease discussing any topic, and I take pride in listening attentively without judgment. This fosters a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and concerns. My journey to mental healthcare From a young age, I've had a natural inclination for guiding individuals in discovering meaning and purpose in their lives, particularly during times of adversity.

It’s been 3 years with Lindsay and she has become my safe space and has gotten me through some really tough times. She is the best therapist I have ever had.
I chose her entirely off of vibes and it supremely paid off. All of my other therapy experiences have been middling at best, but Lindsey's guidance has really changed my life. I'm more confident in myself, I've learned how to recognize my patterns and change them, and I got an ADHD diagnosis while working with her and I'm now medicated, which has DRAMATICALLY improved my daily functioning. I'm unspeakably grateful for everything she's done for me and highly recommend her!
