I am a very interactive therapist, engaging with clients through active listening, offering feedback, sharing observations, and challenging patterns or habits that are no longer serving us. My goals for you Creating goals is a collaborative exercise we begin as soon as we start working together. Having clarity on our goals offers direction along the journey. Goals provide the gift of self-reflection to see progress and identify areas needing attention. Currently, best practice supports the SMART model (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-Bound) for goal setting.
