Do you witness the unimaginable and have to “carry on” to save the next life? You are not alone. I help clients learn how to live with their experiences, set and hold appropriate boundaries, build healthy relationships, gain stability, and develop skills to manage their emotions in a healthy way. When I read Lisa’s profile it resonated with me. Therapy can be hard work and I wanted to do that journey with someone I felt comfortable with. My first attempt was with a therapist that seemed to worsen my anxiety. She seemed like she was scolding me for the majority of the session. Lisa was kind and put me at ease. Instead of dreading my next appointment, I’m excited for the next session. I’m super excited about the goal we created for me.
