I am passionate about creating a safe space and a strong connection with my clients. I am experienced in working with young adults, adults, parents, seniors, and families, and have specialized training incorporating mindful self-compassion to treat trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I am also EMDRIA certified for EMDR. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, which has further equipped me to provide compassionate and effective care.
