I have extensive experience working with children, youth, and families. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Throughout my career, I have assisted individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, disruptive behavior, and various other challenges. My approach I adopt a holistic approach to therapy, avoiding adherence to a single method or theoretical framework. My focus is on addressing and prioritizing clients' specific concerns, needs, and interests. While I utilize cognitive approaches to address dysfunctional thinking patterns that contribute to problematic emotions and behaviors, my primary goal is to provide tailored support that meets each client's unique needs. My focus I primarily work with children and adolescents aged 8 to 21. I have extensive experience and am comfortable treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and disruptive behavior. My communication style I prioritize understanding my clients' expectations of both the treatment process and my role as their therapist. I actively seek to learn about their past therapy experiences, exploring what they found beneficial or unhelpful. I offer telehealth sessions with the option of having the camera on for those who are comfortable with it. However, I also respect and accommodate clients who prefer not to use their camera during sessions.
