Psychotherapist
CA
My approach is relational, healing-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I support parents, caregivers, and families in discovering their inner strengths and nurturing their relationships with their children. I specialize in helping the parent-child dyad through attachment theory, empathy, and connecting communication. I aim to provide therapy that honors the cultural and diverse needs of individuals, parents, families, and children. I am committed to offering emotional support and creating a safe environment where parents, families, and children can better understand themselves. I use an eclectic approach, including expressive therapies, family systems, strengths-based therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. I have worked with parent/child conflict, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, depression, adjustment disorders, and family changes. As a parent and person of color, I understand the challenges and courage it takes to begin the healing process and search for a therapist. I hope to provide you with the support and safety needed to live the life you wish for and deserve. I hold a Master in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support families with compassion and expertise.
