Hola, my name is Lori Ayala. I have been in the mental health field for about ten years. My credentials are in Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) and Marriage Family Therapy (AMFT). When not wearing my therapist hat, I enjoy hiking, running, watching movies and shows, traveling, eating, and doing all the above with my dogs Luna, Jango, and Koa. I enjoy working with clients who are ready for change and desire to learn and break generations of trauma. My goal is to serve mi gente. We come from a long line of "échale ganas," but don't stir the pot, which can be confusing and exhausting. I help individuals heal generational trauma and childhood wounds. Healing these traumas and wounds allows individuals and generations to live authentically-a life rich in confidence, culture, and abundance. I use a Faith-Based Perspective where my beliefs are not forced on anyone, allowing God to work through me to help fill you with strength, love, and courage.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
