Through Child-Centered Play Therapy with young clients, I support emotional expression, communication, coping skills, problem-solving, self-esteem, social skills, and self-responsibility. My focus I work with children, pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. I provide parental consultation and education, and when needed, family counseling for young children and adolescents. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, and trauma. My communication style I am personal and easy to talk with. I actively listen and have genuine compassion for you or your child’s challenges, ensuring a safe, accepting space to express and explore thoughts and emotions.
