My philosophy is one of practicality, based on treating you as a unique human being with specific needs. I also believe the ability to find the answers to your problems lies within you. I enjoy empowering you through education and helping you realize all the qualities you have the potential to develop. My greatest goal is to help you become the healthy and whole individual you are meant to be, allowing you to embrace life's journey.
I strive to help others recognize the value of their individuality and inspire them to reach their maximum potential. I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds and have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and individuals who have experienced the “Mother Wound.” I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Bakersfield, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your path to wellness.

My goal is to help you develop a healthy perception of yourself, strengthen the relationships around you and ultimately live your best, most fulfilling life. We will accomplish this by working together to build a treatment plan with realistic goals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
