I offer therapy services for older adults, adults, teens, young children, infants, and parents. In addition, I have specialized training and expertise in women’s issues and certification as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist.
With over 30 years of training and experience as a licensed clinical psychotherapist, and a Master’s in Social Work from San Diego State University, I provide an array of tools to address your needs and tailor an individualized approach to help you achieve your goals, resolve difficult experiences and feelings, improve relationships, and find more fulfillment in your life.
The foundation of successful therapy is working together to explore and share in order to genuinely understand your experience. Through a safe, empathic, caring, and direct therapeutic relationship, I have helped many people manage current life stresses and issues and find a more fulfilling future.
Using a relational approach, I offer a range of strategies drawing on training in psychodynamic, neurobiological, developmental, cognitive, trauma, and mindfulness therapies.
