I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Bakersfield, which laid the foundation for my commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
My therapeutic approach blends behavior counseling, cognitive therapy, and attachment theory. I focus on individuals involved with the child welfare system and high school students, drawing from my background in child welfare and my role as a high school social worker. I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, complex relationship dynamics, social anxiety, and effects of medical trauma. My goal is to provide a supportive space for these individuals to navigate their experiences and achieve positive growth.
My communication style cultivates a calm, secure environment where clients can express themselves freely. I meet clients at their current stage, tailoring my approach to their unique needs. I strive to ensure clients feel safe, understood, and that therapy is a relatable, collaborative process fostering trust and growth.
I became a therapist driven by a deep personal understanding of loss and instability during my childhood. From a young age, I felt a calling to work with individuals of all ages, especially children.
