Hi there, I'm Maggie! I specialize in working with ambitious women and college athletes who often come to me feeling overwhelmed by all that they have on their plate. My approach is supportive, yet goal-oriented, so that my clients can move from overwhelm and constant self-pressure towards contentment, confidence & balance. My focus My typical clients are high-achieving women and college athletes who often feel like they have to “hold it all together.” Whether you’re navigating career stress, performance anxiety, relationships, depression, ADHD, or life changes, I provide a supportive space to slow down, process what you’re carrying, and build healthier ways to cope. My approach My approach is a balance of flexible and structured. I want you to feel like we're working towards your unique goals, without ever feeling completely boxed in. I utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, EMDR, etc.) to help clients build insight, confidence, and lasting change. My communication style I aim to create a space that feels genuine, safe, & nonjudgmental. I understand many of my clients are used to putting pressure on themselves so my job is to help us balance addressing and challenging unhelpful patterns, without judging or beating ourselves up over it. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been fascinated with hearing people's stories and wanting to better understand, so that in turn I can support and help where I'm able to. My clients are some of my favorite people and I've had the privilege of working in a variety of different settings (private practice, schools, clinics, etc.) over the past 10+ years. My goals for you I help clients identify meaningful goals that align with the life they want to create while breaking those goals into manageable, realistic steps. Together, we build insight, develop practical coping tools, and address underlying patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck.
