I am dedicated to providing this space for you and assisting you in navigating life's troubled waters. Together, we can heal the parts that may feel "broken" and "lost." I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am experienced in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, which can help build strategies in emotion regulation, healthy interpersonal relationships, and tolerating the many unexpected stressors life may throw at you.
