Margaret Graham, LPC

Psychotherapist
CO
I am a therapist who believes real change comes from getting to the root of things, not just managing symptoms. I blend evidence-based approaches with a healthy dose of curiosity and warmth. If you're ready to do the deeper work, I'd love to connect. My approach I believe most symptoms make perfect sense once we find what's underneath them. Using Coherence Therapy, clinical hypnosis, and parts work (also called IFS or ego states), we'll work together at a deeper level - where change actually sticks. My focus You're a thoughtful adult who knows something needs to change but can't quite put your finger on what's driving it. Anxiety, relationship patterns, old wounds - whatever brings you here, you're ready for real answers rather than just management. I love working with people who are done with surface fixes. My communication style Think of me less as an expert dispensing wisdom and more as a curious, engaged partner. I'm direct without being harsh, warm without being saccharine. I'll share honest observations, ask deeper questions, and meet you exactly where you are. This is collaborative work. My journey to mental healthcare I began as a personal coach and found myself wanting more for my clients than surface-level change. That desire led me back to graduate school to train as a therapist. Combined with my own healing journey, it's given me both practical grounding and genuine depth as a clinician. My goals for you Real change starts with understanding what's driving the problem. Once we uncover that, the path forward becomes much clearer. We'll define what success looks like in your own terms and work toward it in a way that feels meaningful.
