What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we'll talk through what brought you in — your history, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different. From there we build a plan together, whether that's individual work, couples sessions, or family sessions. Ongoing sessions focus on practicing new skills, working through what surfaces, and adjusting as your goals change.
