My journey to mental healthcare From a young age, I wanted a career helping others, though I wasn’t sure what that looked like. Through life’s twists and turns, I discovered my niche as a therapist. I’m passionate about learning from clients of diverse backgrounds as we navigate life’s journey. I prioritize ongoing growth and knowledge, learning from you as well as from the field. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, equipping me with the skills and training to support you effectively on your path to healing and growth.
