I know what it’s like to face adversity, and I understand how overwhelming grief and loss can feel. Whether you're coping with the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another significant life change, you're not meant to go through it alone. Grief can make it hard to see a way forward, but healing is possible. With support and guidance, you can begin to process your pain, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover joy and meaning in your life. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping many individuals navigate the complex emotions of grief. And I truly believe that no matter where you are right now, there is hope for a brighter future. My approach Whether you’re navigating the loss of a loved one or the end of a relationship, my approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and clarity. Grief is deeply personal, and there’s no “right” way to go through it. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and gently guided toward healing. When working with couples who have lost a child, I help each partner understand the other’s grief, find ways to connect through the pain, and come to acceptance in their own time. My goal is to help you support one another while honoring your individual experiences. For individuals grieving a relationship, I bring both warmth and honest reflection. You may feel lost, unsure of who you are without your partner. Together, we explore your story, acknowledge your pain, and identify your strengths so you can begin to rebuild a life that feels meaningful and whole. Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood and never judged. You're encouraged to feel what you feel, with no expectations, only compassion and care. My focus I work with individuals who are navigating the overwhelming pain of loss, whether it's the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or the loss of identity that can follow life transitions.
