I believe you are the expert on yourself and your life and possess your inner wisdom. My role is to guide you in finding your answers. I believe each individual is unique. Therefore, I personalize treatment and find the therapeutic modality that works best for you, your issues, and your goals. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families as they work through various topics, including traumatic experiences, grief, depression, and anxiety. I earned my Master's in Counseling from California State University, Fresno, which has equipped me with the skills to support clients effectively. I look forward to accompanying you on this journey.
